Alpe d'Huez Now Presents the Next Test
Stage 19 sends the peloton 127.9 kilometers from Gap to Alpe d’Huez.. However, the short distance contains roughly 3,500 meters of climbing. Col Bayard opens the action with 4.8 kilometers at 7.2 percent. Next, Col du Noyer brings 7.2 kilometers at a punishing 8.5 percent.
